Now this rating is mostly due to the cost for a week . 435 including taxes. They have Smoking and none smoking rooms. The manager is amazing. Very nice and on top of things. It's not a four star hotel it's clean ...great location. Safe and a place to stay if you need it. Thank you for this much needed service. I booked during the PGA tournament when crappy hotels were renting for 600 dollars a night and got a room for an entire week for 435 including taxes. Great for alternative living or long business stay. SAFE CLEAN WELL MANAGED AND GREAT VALUE. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?

I have had an amazing experience with the hotel and staff. There have been no signs of bugs in the room or hallways that I’ve seen and the room is clean and beds are comfortable. The staff have been very helpful and kind. This is a short term transition for me and I’m so glad I chose this hotel.

I had the best experience at this hotel. A few months ago, I was displaced from my current living situation and needed a place to stay fast. I got here, not knowing what to expect, but arrived to friendly faces, clean rooms and fast service. Three people in particular were definitely deserving of a mention in this review. David, who was there to greet me with a wonderful attitude, and ready to help with anything in any way he could. Amy, the after hours worker, whom I would now consider a good friend, and Pam, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and generous people I think I’ve ever met. I hope your stay at the Fern Creek Woodsprings was at least half as nice as mine was! -Robert

Easy to access, nice rooms, well furnished, and clean. They stay on top of repairs and housekeeping. The ppl are ppl, good days and not so good days, but they are friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed, rooms were clean, staff was sweet, the front desk girl Senia was the sweetest & so helpful!! She was very attentive, gave us great restaurant recommendations as well which we appreciated. The location is very hidden & quiet.

After reserving a room through Booking.com at another hotel for my daughter and attempting to check in we were told the booking was no good and referred me to In Town Suites. I called right away and they made the reservations for a week knowing we were on our way to check-in. Only 6 mins from the hotel I called back with a quick question only to be told we couldn't check in until the following day. I've had a friend staying at WoodSpring so I figured I would try again. I was so relieved and surprised because it was then almost 7pm and they had no issues taking the reservations as well as reassuring me we would be able to check in no matter what. You call from the lobby after hours and someone came right down and checked us in about 7:40pm. My daughter was able to start settling in knowing she had a room through the week with a fridge, range, microwave and decent rates. It's not the most luxurious place to stay but that wasn't a win at the other places either, we simply wanted accurate information and decent customer service. I have to thank the staff at WoodSpring Suites for accommodating our needs and how friendly the staff is and how quickly were checked in with no issues or surprise charges! We appreciate that!

First, the front desk staff were wonderful. Both women upon checking in & out were friendly, fast. The check-in process took less than 2 minutes. The hotel was also incredibly quiet. I didn't hear anyone from the time I checked in until I checked out. Also, as a single woman, I felt very safe. I appreciated the second door you can only get in with a key card. The rooms... do not expect anything. It was clean (actually cleaner than a lot I've stayed in), which was probably its only upside. When this hotel says no frills, they mean it. Yes, there's a kitchenette, do not expect any utensils, pots, pans, not even napkins. I've never been to a hotel with kitchens where this was not provided (they do have some available for purchase - $50 for the whole set). Again, the kitchen area was clean & the fridge did keep its temperature The decor was non existent. There was not even a lamp. It felt depressing. There was one beige picture hung up (on beige walls). The bed is probably one of the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. I felt the spring as soon as I pushed a little with my hand. I also didn't get any pillowcases on my pillows (not a big deal, but again zero amenities). The bathroom was actually pretty decent. The water pressure left much to be desired, but it was clean. Again, no amenities as I didn't even have a towel or washcloth in my room when I checked inso I had to wait until 830am when the desk opened to get a towel. There's also one bar of hand soap provided. Overall for the price, it's fine for a 1-2 night stay. The employees are so nice, it's very quiet, just expect nothing when you book a room here.

Good, Uses her cute dog Frank to get your guard down. The staff was wonderful and they are working hard every day. Impressive and then you need to be considerate of others who stay there for a long long time.
